How it plays
2Checks are currency
A check that ordinary chess would never spend a move on is a point in the bank here. Attacks that only tick the king once or twice are real plans, and so is running away.
3The exact rules
Give check three times and you win. The checks need not come one after the other — three in total, from anything, anywhere — and a double check counts once, not twice. Checkmate still wins, and so does a win on time. Everything else is chess.
